I simply don’t understand what is happening in the world and what is making people go out and shoot random people with absolutely no motive whatsoever. How can we even protect ourselves from such an event. You hear all the time about self defense, karate, tae kon do and such like but this is no defense from a gun!
Is gun crime supposed to be glamorous. Some people say that it’s because of rap videos and how people act like it’s big and macho to carry a gun. But is this really the reason? I suppose there are so many reasons why people turn to such violence. I can only hope that the killer of Skyla Whitaker and Taylor Placker are found quickly and brought to justice. I dread to think of what other damage they are causing as I type this.
